Chores That Builda Kid's Roth IRA.
We're building one family app for chores, savings and a kid's own Roth IRA — plus gifts from grandparents around the world.
Step 1
Parent Sets the Rule
“Every $50 paid job splits 50/20/10/20 between spending, saving, investing, and Emma's Roth IRA.”
Roth contributions are limited to the child's earned income, up to the annual IRA limit.
Step 2
One Transaction.
Four Destinations.
Gentrove will split each payment by the rules you set. Spend and Save update right away; Invest amounts move in a weekly batch, and Roth amounts go to your kid's Roth account automatically where our broker supports it, or with a few guided steps.
Step 3
Later: A Teen Virtual Card
We plan to offer a virtual teen card for Apple Pay and Google Pay, linked to your child's Spend balance, once our card partner and issuing bank approve it.

Her Roth IRA
Built From Real Work.
Part of the pay for real work, like babysitting or yard work, can go to your kid's own custodial Roth IRA, up to the yearly limit. Gentrove keeps the work records.

No App Required.
Grandpa opens a gift link, with no app or account. Where available he can pay by card or Apple Pay; from other countries he can send a bank transfer through his usual money-transfer app.

Parents Stay
in Control.
Controls designed to give parents oversight of how their kids spend.
Purchase Approval
Planned for the teen card: purchases above a limit you set can require your approval, where our card partner supports it.
Category Blocks
Teen cards will block categories like gambling, using our card partner's controls.

We plan to offer a virtual teen card for Apple Pay and Google Pay, linked to your child's Spend balance and owned by you, once our card partner and issuing bank approve it. Availability isn't guaranteed.
Virtual Card, No Plastic
Planned: tap to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, and online purchases, where our card partner supports it.
Spend Alerts
Planned: purchase notifications, category blocks and optional approval for larger purchases, where our card partner supports it.

How It Works
Simple on the Surface.
Serious About How Money Moves.
Gentrove will be built on licensed payment partners, so you'll only ever see dollars.
Passkey Sign-In
You'll sign in with a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID or your device PIN). No passwords to remember.
Licensed Partners Hold the Money
Gentrove is software. When we launch, licensed partners will hold and move your family's money.
Tax-Ready Records
A yearly pack of work records, Roth contributions and gifts for you and your CPA, with links to your broker's tax forms. Not tax advice.
Growing Up
Built to Grow
With Your Family.
Reaching Adulthood
The UTMA account transfers to your child at your state's UTMA age (18–21 in most states). Spend and Save stay yours to give. Gifts to a UTMA are irrevocable and belong to the child.
Their Own Account (Planned)
At 18, your teen will be able to open their own Gentrove account.
Age 6–12
Parent-owned Spend and Save, set aside for your child
Age 13–17
Teen virtual card (planned) and more say in their splits
State age of majority (18–21)
UTMA transfers to your child
A custodial Roth IRA is available at any age once your child has earned income.
Why GenTrove
Others Do Pieces.
We're Building the Whole Picture.
Allowance apps do cards and splits. Roth paperwork tools do chore payroll. Gentrove is building both in one platform, plus gifts from family anywhere.
Based on typical features in each category, October 2026. *Planned as a virtual card for Apple Pay and Google Pay; subject to card partner and bank approval.
